Instructions
Brown the hamburger in the Instant Pot using the saute setting. Turn off when there is no visible pink.
Add the spaghetti broken in halves or thirds.
Add the Chili-o sprinkling loosely over spaghetti.
Add chopped onion and green bell pepper.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans.
Set Instant Pot to high for 4 minutes. Quick release when done.
